The project will include site improvements at The Prince Charles located at 75 Graham St W, Napanee, Ontario. Upgrades include new landscaping, an outdoor classroom, paving and paths, concrete curbs, and play safety surfacing in preparation for a play structure that is to be installed by others in mid-August.
