This Request for Quotation (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Limestone District School Board (the “Board”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the Supply and Delivery of Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The Board is looking to purchase up to 100 units of UPS and accessories on an as and when needed basis, depending upon project financing and rollout. The Board makes no guarantee of the value or volume of the contract as mentioned in Part 3, 3.1.8 Terms and Conditions of the RFQ Process. |
