Description: 

This project will see traffic and pedestrian flow reconfigured to allow for improved access and reduction of traffic congestion. The project will include the removal of 3,800 square meters of failing asphalt surfacing and the removal of 675 square meters of concrete sidewalk.  This will be replaced with new access roads, improved parking lots, multi-use paths and sidewalks.  The project will include extensive landscaping and wayfinding improvements throughout the site.
