RFQ 202500160 – Building Envelope

This project involves the replacement of existing roofing systems, exterior windows, and selected accessibility upgrades at Bayridge PS.  The intent of the work is to extend the service life of the building envelope, improve energy efficiency and occupant comfort, and ensure compliance with current accessibility standards.

RFQ 202500170 – Courtyard

This project involves the renovation and modernization of two existing courtyards located within the grounds of Bayridge PS.  The primary objectives of the project are to improve site accessibility, address drainage deficiencies, and enhance the overall functionality and safety of the exterior spaces.
