This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Limestone District School Board (the “Board”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Roof Replacement at LaSalle Secondary School, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The project includes the removal of approximately 2,750 sm. of existing BUR roofing and the replacement with a new 2-ply modified bitumen system over various roof areas of the existing building. The scope of work includes the extension of existing parapets as required, removal and reinstalled of existing mechanical equipment, removal and replacement of existing skylights and all associated rough carpentry, metal flashings, metal cladding, etc. |
