Description: 

The project includes approximately 1,300 sm. roof replacement on Roof Areas G & H. This includes the removal of conventional BUR roof assembly and the installation of conventional Mod. Bit. roof assembly, the installation of parapets, sheet metal flashings and cladding, roof drains, and the reinstallation of the existing bell exhausts on insulated steel curbs. 

The project also includes the removal of the existing brick veneer and the installation of prefinished metal cladding along the north, east and south sides of Roof Area G. The existing concrete block walls are to be repaired, and the existing aluminum windows are to be removed, with the existing openings being infilled to match the adjacent walls. 

The project also includes the removal and replacement of four aluminum windows in two mechanical penthouses. This includes the removal and replacement of the associated steel lintels, flashings and wood blocking and the installation of through-wall flashings above each window. The existing mechanical equipment on the interior of each of the penthouses is to remain in place.

The interior gym divider will be replaced and gym painted as per SZA drawing requirements in addition to the building envelope work.
