This project is located at Loyalist Collegiate & Vocational Institute (LCVI) 153 Van Order Drive Kingston, ON. The project will see the removal of existing trees, vegetation and landscaping inside the building's courtyard and reinstated with a newly graded and landscaped space. The courtyard will have new doors, new concrete ramps, new lighting, and new drainage. It will also be landscaped to include raised gardens, shade structures, and other outdoor spaces. The project will also include lintel replacement and select building envelope repairs to the masonry and control joints on the property.
