Description: 

The project includes approximately 2,000 sm. roof replacement on the upper Roof Areas D & R, including the removal of the existing conventional BUR and Mod. Bit. roof assemblies for the installation of a conventional Mod Bit roof assembly. This includes the installation of all associated sheet metal flashings, the reinstallation of the existing bell exhausts, the replacement of gooseneck exhaust with gravity ventilators, the extension of the roof access ladder on the west side of Roof D and the removal of the parapet along the east side of Roof R.

On Roof D, three rooftop units are to be removed from the roof with deck closure plates to be installed over the associated penetrations. This includes the removal of all associated curbs, ductwork, thermal insulation, victaulic piping and electrical components to the underside of the roof deck.
