Description: 

The project includes approximately 170 sm. of window replacement. This includes the removal and replacement of associated exterior flashings, interior finishes and roller shades.

The project also includes door replacements at three locations. This includes the replacement of associated interior finishes and operable hardware.

In addition, the project includes repair and refinishing of the existing stucco cladding, installation of aluminum louvers, installation of a roof access ladder, rerouting a window-mounted exhaust fan through the roof above and the removal of a reinforced concrete canopy.
