This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Limestone District School Board (the “Board”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Kindergarten Yard Improvements at Cataraqui Woods Elementary School, Tennis Court Resurfacing at Napanee District Secondary School and Paving and Septic at Prince Charles Public School , as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 

(1) RFQ 22-21A Kindergarten Yard Improvements at Cataraqui Woods Elementary School 

The project consists of the removal of identified sections of existing asphalt, including full excavation and earthworks for regrading and reinstatement of the removed sections and all utilities and equipment need to complete the work.

The improved playground will have an expanded underground stormwater network, improved landscaping, and curbing providing a revitalized and improved playground for the kindergarten classes at Cataraqui Woods Elementary School, 1255 Birchwood Dr, Kingston, Ontario.

(2) RFQ 22-21B Tennis Court Resurfacing at Napanee District Secondary School

This project is for the reconstruction of Tennis Courts located at Napanee District Secondary School (NDSS), 245 Belleville Rd, Napanee, Ontario. The project includes the removal of existing flexible pavement, fencing, and proper abandonment of an existing water service valve box. 

The project includes but is not limited to site work, placing and grading granular, paving, landscaping, fence installation, line painting, netting, and signs. 

(3) RFQ 22-21C Paving and Septic at Prince Charles Public School

This project includes the decommissioning and reconstruction of the main on-site wastewater facility for Prince Charles Public School located at 6875 HWY 38 Verona Ontario. This project will also include the removal of existing soft and hardscapes, flexible pavement, and fencing to accommodate the construction and removals. The site will undergo regrading on the south end of the school and renewal of the existing play yard allowing for several accessibility upgrades to the south, and main entrances. 

The project includes but is not limited to site work, storm and sanitary sewer installation, exterior in ground concrete structures, electrical and mechanical systems, paving, and landscaping.
