This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Limestone District School Board (the “Board”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a VoIP Telephony System further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).


The Board is going to migrate its existing telephone system to a VoIP telephony system. The Board has several sites and hopes to begin the migration process late summer 2021 and continue migrating sites until all sites are completed. The Board assumes that the full migration will require 3 to 5 years.
