Description: 

The RAAC Replacement project at Tamworth Elementary School delivers a coordinated program of new construction, selective demolition (4,944ft2), renovations, and site servicing upgrades to modernize the existing school and support current and future educational needs. The project is intended to increase instructional capacity, enhance accessibility, improve building performance, and address aging infrastructure while integrating seamlessly with the existing facility and maintaining operational continuity where possible. 

Quotations will only be accepted from respondents who were prequalified as per the Board’s Request for Supplier Qualifications 202600126.
