Description: 

The project includes approximately 680 sm. roof replacement, the removal of conventional BUR roof assembly and installation of conventional Mod. Bit. roof assembly, the installation of metal siding clad parapets and sheet metal flashings, and the reinstallation of rooftop mechanical equipment. In addition, the project includes the replacement of existing rainwater leaders, recladding a section of penthouse walls, modifying a penthouse door and repainting soffits.
